  Ashley's Story:  In 1985 Ashley was born with cystic fibrosis.  In 2001 she underwent her first lung transplant.  In 2005, she needed a kidney transplant.  Today, doctors say she'll need another double-lung transplant to survive.  A double-lung transplant costs approximately $650,000.  And that's only the beginning.  Even with health coverage, she faces considerable medical expenses related to her transplant.
